SMALL TOWN AMERICA Volunteer awards were presented to Perry City Council Member Larry Lambert (left) and Perry Zoning Administrator Leland Scott during the Thursday, Jan. 6, Perry City Council meeting.
Lambert and Scott were nominated and recognized for the award by Perry Mayor Sue Hammond (center) for “their contributions and applauded for the vital role they play in their communities.”
