CHEMICAL BANK has been very active with the annual Winter Wishes campaign for the previous six weeks. Winter Wishes was about collecting essential items – such as soap, toilet paper, and miscellaneous hygiene products – to donate to a local nonprofit. This year, the Owosso SafeCenter, a nonprofit agency located on N. Hickory Street, was the recipient of this effort.
