Welcome Home Assisted Living Grand Opening

WELCOME HOME ASSISTED LIVING, 1605 Vandecarr Rd., Owosso, celebrated the grand opening of its two new six-bedroom homes, which was marked with a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Thursday, Oct. 19, organized by the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce ambassadors. Holding the chamber’s oversized scissors is owner Kimberly Bowen and her boyfriend, Chad Davis, who helped with some of the contracting. Also, surrounding her are her daughter, Brooke Bowen, mother, Jeannie Merrill, and sister, Char Cornell. In front is Randy VanHorn, the very first contractor on the first building. Bowen was also joined by staff members, chamber ambassadors, and city officials.
