UNDEFEATED – The Durand junior varsity girls basketball team wrapped up an undefeated season by capturing their 20th victory of the 2015-2016 season Tuesday, Feb. 23 by a 47-21 margin over Holly. Their undefeated season follows a 16-4 season last year. Paige Deisler led the Railroaders in scoring with 14 points and Graysen Fulbright added eight points, as 10 players scored for Durand in the rout.

Coach Cole could hardly contain his pride when describing the season. “Most of the girls have been playing together since fourth grade, so it is nice to see them stick together,” Cole said later. “The great thing about this team is that they always cheer each other on.
