JUSTIN AND PAIGE Kubiak held a celebratory ribbon cutting for The Kubiak Group at Crown Real Estate office in Durand on Friday, April 12, with the help of city of Durand officials and the Greater Durand Area Chamber of Commerce. The Kubiak Group at Crown Real Estate is a real estate brokerage located at 805 N. Saginaw St. in Durand, in the building that formerly housed Bart Harris’ State Farm Insurance, which is now located further south on N. Saginaw Street, in downtown Durand. The Kubiak Group operates under the umbrella of Crown Real Estate Group, which is based in Swartz Creek and owned by Tom Farrell.
Justin was formerly a realtor with the RE/MAX real estate office in Perry. He and his wife, Paige, recently purchased a home in Vernon and opened their new Durand office in mid-February.
