BENTLEY Bright Beginnings of Owosso Public Schools staff and students along with area police officers gathered on Sept. 30 to raise awareness and support for police officers. Amanda Rowell, director of Bright Beginnings, gave the officers letters that students had written and then blue balloons were released that had fallen officers’ names written on them.
