STUDIO STRONG is now open for business at 104 N. Saginaw St., in Owosso as of their grand opening on Saturday, Dec. 10. Co-owners Tracy Schultz, Ruvi and Alejandro Leon have opened the business in hopes of getting everyone up, active, and healthy just in time for the coming new year. The new studio will offer various classes including Zumba, Core Boot Camp, and Powerplus for a total of nine classes each week. Powerplus is a chair exercise class made especially for those who find it hard to do a regular, cardio intense exercise. Zumba is an intense cardio exercise and Core Boot Camp concentrates on building a person’s abs and obliques.

There are a variety of ways to participate including walk-ins, punch cards for either five or ten classes, or just purchasing a monthly pass and all will get you in the door to start on your new exercise regimen.

Coming soon to Studio Strong will be Polynesian Belly Dancing classes as well. Schultz also offers Aqua Zumba classes at another site away from the Studio Strong facility. Both Schultz and Ruvi Leon, as shown, are involved with the training and fitness classes and have been active in the industry for the last few years.
