The Shiawassee Conservation Association (SCA) will hold its Spring Hunter Safety Course for youth and adults beginning Friday, April 8 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and concludes Saturday, April 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Interested persons must preregister and pick up the course study booklet in advance at the club located at 4247 N. M-52, in Owosso, after 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
The course fee is $10 which includes lunch provided by the club on Saturday. Any student, age 10 or under, must be accompanied by an adult during the class. Dress accordingly as part of the course is conducted outdoors.
