A SPECIAL TRIBUTE from the State of Michigan and a Mayoral Proclamation from the City of Owosso were presented to the Richard J. Selleck & Sons Agency, Inc. during a centennial Open House on Friday, Nov. 13, at the company’s offices in downtown Owosso.
State Senator Rick Jones, Gov. Rick Snyder and state Rep. Ben Glardon signed the Special Tribute, which Sen. Jones read during the presentation to Joan Selleck, whose late husband, Richard, is the agency’s namesake. Mayor Ben Frederick then presented his proclamation to Joan Selleck.
