Care N Assist, located at 101 S. Shiawassee St. in Corunna, will celebrate Veterans Day by holding a re-enactors encampment on Friday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 11. The re-enactors, from the Michigan Living History Education Association (MLHEA), will set up camp and portray veterans from various time periods, beginning at 5 p.m. on Nov. 10 and running through Saturday evening, Nov. 11. At that point, the re-enactors will then march in the county’s Veterans Day Parade in Corunna at 7 p.m. on Nov. 11. The re-enactors’ authentic encampment will be open to the public for viewing and learning/teaching Nov. 10 and 11. Anyone with questions can call (989) 277-0915.
