The free entertainment stage will be alive with numerous artists during the 2015 PerryFest, Friday, Sept. 18, through Sunday, Sept. 20.
At 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, Our Town Family Theater of Perry will perform “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown.” Under the direction of Vickie St. John, the cast and crew will liven up the stage with a great cartoon classic.
“Put on your dancing shoes and be prepared for the L.A. Cloggers who will dance their way into your heart at 3 p.m.” it was stated.
“Be sure to hold your seat for the next group of entertainers as students from the Studio of Terri Davis-Hayden provide ‘A fun, spirited concert of hits from today and yesteryear.’”
“The Savior’s Army’ will be in the spotlight beginning at 6 p.m. followed by the “Lively Pelts,” who will take center stage at 7 p.m. and return at dusk to perform patriotic music during the PerryFest Fireworks Display.
At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, the Perry VFW/AmVets will assist Boy Scout Troop 393 and Girl Scout Troop 30085 in an official Flag Retirement Ceremony.
Light Rock music performed by “Silver & Gold” will fill the air Sunday, Sept. 20, “another musical event you won’t want to miss!”
