Durand Lanes parking lot will be the site for car enthusiasts and collectors this Memorial Day in honor of those who have served in the military. Participants do not have to be a veteran to display a vintage or special car. The $20 registration fee will go directly to Durand’s Reed Raymond VFW Post #2272. The show runs from noon to 4 p.m. with check-in starting at 10:30 a.m., and Andre Peters from 103.9 will be on hand to broadcast live from 1 to 3 p.m. Show spectators can park at nearby Durand High School.
The Loft Lounge will be cooking burgers and dinners as well as participating in a game of bowling at a special $2.50 rate. Interested persons may register in person at Durand Lanes, by calling (989) 288-2695 or e-mailing durandlanes@hotmail.com.
