TORI BLAISE spoke during the 100+ Women Who Care of the Greater Owosso Area on behalf of the Homeless Angels homeless shelter that is planned for Owosso. The Homeless Angels is a 501(c)3 Christian-based ministry founded in Lansing in 2013 with a mission to find, befriend and build up those who are less fortunate.
Blaise explained that the funds would be used to complete renovations on the Owosso campus. Renovations are expected to cost $80,000, and nearly $19,000 has already been raised. The “community funded hotel” will house 10 women, 10 men and two families.
