The April meeting of the Shiawassee County Historical Society will be held on Sunday, April 24 at 2 p.m. at the Museum/Archives building, corner of Wilkinson and north M-52. Speaker will be Sally Labadie, a retired Corunna teacher and author who will present a slide show on Michigan Mammoths. The public is invited and to share ideas and concerns. Refreshments will be served and the building is handicapped accessible. This will be the last program until fall. Starting in June, the building will be open each Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Mark your calendars for May 19, 20 and 21 for the spring yard sale.
