Hear the beep where you sleep, every bedroom needs a working smoke alarm, said Gov. Rick Snyder on the importance of having multiple home smoke alarms. This is Fire Prevention Week, through Oct. 10.
Gov. Snyder urges citizens to install smoke alarms in every bedroom and on every level of their home, including the basement, and routinely test and maintain them to make sure they work.
