Former Shiawassee County Administrator Thomas J. “TJ” Clark is scheduled for a 1:15 p.m. Sept. 28 settlement conference/hearing before Circuit Court Judge Matt Stewart in Corunna. Depending on the outcome of that hearing Clark is scheduled for an 8 a.m. Oct. 6 trial on multiple charges of embezzlement by a public official.
