“We would like to invite the public to a flagpole dedication ceremony honoring all past, present and future Veterans of Shiawassee County at Kiwanis Acres, 4530 Waugh Road, south of Owosso at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11,” said Jen Wilkinson of Owosso. “The flagpole was the summer Eagle Project by Colton Wilkinson of Troop 85 in Owosso.”
