THE DURAND RAILROAD Days Parade featured more than 60 entrants, from politicians to school and youth organizations, and included Durand resident Gary, who is a friend to many in the Durand area and can often be found riding his bicycle around town or hanging out at Durand Union Station. The three-wheeled bike, or tricycle, Gary can be seen riding, was gifted to him on his 60th birthday, which was organized by several of his friends and was held at the Depot in October 2017.
