A new season has started in downtown Owosso and to celebrate there will be a Downtown Clean-Up on Saturday, April 30 from 9 a.m. to noon. Help is wanted for trash pick-up, light removal, flowerbed cleaning, and even painting. The Owosso Main Street organization is seeking volunteers to help keep the downtown looking beautiful. Public is welcome.
