FIRST PLACE – “Congratulations to the 54th Annual Chamber Classic Champions: Capitol Bowl/Val’s Pizza,” said Sue Kadlek, vice president of the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce. “The team shot a 53 at Owosso Country Club on Tuesday, Sept. 1.”
