REPRESENTING MICHIGAN WITH PRIDE – The Byron FFA team traveled to the national FFA convention which was Oct. 28 through Oct. 31 in Louisville, KY. and the state champion team brought home plenty of hardware.

Both the group’s Farm Business Management and Environmental and Natural Resources teams received bronze medals at the convention, while the Byron chapter received recognition as a three-star national chapter (there are fewer than 200 such chapters nationally) during the four-day event.

The Farm Business Management team consists of Rachel Dvorak, Hunter Cool, Josh Hibbard and Josephine Forbush. The Environmental and Natural Resources team consists of Kyle Markley, Paige Vincent, Hannah Hooley and Blair Van Agen.
