As a result of continuous investigation, several more suspects have recently been arrested on methamphetamine related charges in connection with a methamphetamine investigation that MAGNET initiated in August of 2015. These arrests are in addition to the 36 arrest that have already been made in this case.

On July 12, Matthew Bowen, 26 and Ashley Conley, 27, both of Owosso were arrested by MAGNET detectives for arrest warrants they had relating to the case. Bowen was arrested on three counts of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, one count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and two counts of Soliciting Another to Obtain Pseudoephedrine. Conley was arrested on three counts of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine as well as seven counts of Purchasing Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Both were lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and were arraigned on July 13.

On July 14, Kristin Lee, 31, of Owosso was arrested by the Michigan State Police for arrest warrants she had relating to this case. Lee was arrested on one count of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and seven counts of Purchasing Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Lee was lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and arraigned on July 14.

On July 19, Troy Piland, 22, of Owosso was arrested by the Owosso Police Department for arrest warrants he had relating to this case. Piland was arrested on three counts of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and three counts of Purchasing/Possessing Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Piland was lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and arraigned on July 19.

On July 28, Felicity Knoblauch, 18, of Owosso was arrested by the Owosso Police Department for arrest warrants she had relating to this case. Knoblauch was arrested on one count of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and two counts of Purchasing/Possession Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Knoblauch was lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and arraigned on July 29.

On Aug. 8, Alyssa Underhill, 29, of Owosso was arrested by the Michigan State Police for arrest warrants she had relating to this case. Underhill was arrested on one count of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and five counts of Purchasing/Possessing Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Underhill was lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and arraigned on Aug. 8.

On Aug. 16, Heaven Dimock, 22, of Owosso was arrested by the Owosso Police Department for arrest warrants she had relating to this case. Dimock was arrested on two counts of Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine and four counts of Purchasing/Possession Pseudoephedrine to Manufacture Methamphetamine. Dimock was lodged at the Shiawassee County Jail and arraigned on Aug. 16.

Investigation into this case is on-going and further arrests are expected to be made. MAGNET was assisted with these arrests by the Michigan State Police and the Owosso Police Department.

The Mid-Michigan Area Narcotics Enforcement Team (MAGNET) is a multi-jurisdictional task force that investigates drug crimes in Shiawassee and Gratiot counties under the direction of the Michigan State Police and is also comprised of officers from the Gratiot County Sheriff Department along with the Owosso and Alma Departments of Public Safety.
