THE YOUTH GROUP from GracePointe Wesleyan Church on S. Washington Street, Owosso, volunteered at Angel’s Hands Outreach in Westown on Saturday, Feb. 10. The kids joined in by shoveling the sidewalk, sorting donated items, straightening, and hanging gift bags in the “blessing tree,” along the curbside.

Angel’s Hands Outreach, organized by Christial Sierra, found a permanent home at 819 W. Main St. in October of 2017. Everything in the store is donated, either through other nonprofit groups, local businesses, or community members. The “blessing tree” is often stocked with commonly needed, utilitarian items, such as dry socks or gloves. The items are free to anyone in need.

Some items Angel’s Hands Outreach has recently been in need of include toothbrushes, towels, dishes, and other basic hygiene products.
