OWOSSO PUBLIC Schools Supt. Dr. Andrea Tuttle has received the 2016 Michigan Association of School Administrators Regional Superintendent of the Year Award. It was presented Monday evening, Dec. 14. The honors are presented in each of the MASA’s nine regions “to an individual who has shown tremendous effort and dedication to enriching the lives of children and the community as a whole.
“Dr. Tuttle was recognized for creating a positive energy in her school district by connecting with the school community, innovative programming and tirelessly focusing on student-centered learning environments.”
