WOOFSTOCK III, the Shiawassee Humane Society’s annual fundraiser across Bennington Road from the SHS Animal Shelter, will be 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 20, said SHS Executive Director Dave Faulkner, who spoke during the Tuesday, June 9, Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce Chamber A-M breakfast meeting at the Owosso-area Big Boy. Featured will be Michigan wine and craft beers along with live music by Pat Carmody and the B-Sides. A corn-hole tournament begins at 3:30 p.m. at $10 per team.
Tickets, which include food, drink tickets and a souvenir glass, are $25 in advance through the SHS Shelter, 2752 W. Bennington Road (about a half mile east of S. M-52, Owosso) and at McNeil Street Market, 444 E. McNeil Street (M-71), Corunna. No one under 21 will be admitted. Tickets are also available online at www.shswoofstock.com.
