GST Michigan Works!, Baker College of Owosso, the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Shiawassee Economic Development Partnership will host the 2018 Spring Job Fair on Wednesday, March 28 in Owosso. There are dozens of companies participating and each employer is currently hiring. The employers represent many different types of job opportunities, including civil service, customer service, manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, sales/marketing and many more.
For anyone who is currently unemployed, a veteran, a recent graduate, or employed and commuting outside of Shiawassee County to work, this is an opportunity to meet with local companies that are hiring. This event is free to the public, and attendees should come prepared with at least 25 resumes and appropriate dress for an onsite interview.

The event will be held at the Baker College Welcome Center, 1309 S. M-52 in Owosso. The job fair will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Additionally, the first 30 minutes of the event will be set aside specifically for veterans.
Computers will be available to apply for positions online. Free resume assistance is available at the Michigan Works office, located at 1975 W. M-21 in Owosso.
