Raking Rocks at the New Dog Barn – 4-H

A WORK BEE was held Monday, July 13, at the newly-constructed 100- by 120-foot Shiawassee Dog Barn on the Shiawassee County Fairgrounds to rake the rocks and level the soil in preparation for the Shiawassee County Fair. Most of the volunteers were 4-H club members who have also been diligently working with their canine partners at the fairgrounds three evenings a week. (Independent Photo/MELISSA SHEPARD)
