TWO SENIOR CITIZEN QUEENS – This year PerryFest had the honor of having two Senior Citizen Queens, including Honorary Sr. Queen Bernie Hamilton (center) and 2015 Sr. Queen Jan Sego (right).

Queen Bernie was crowned Sr. Queen in 2012. As part of the “Make a Wish” program at the Willows in Okemos, Bernie said she would love to be able to be Queen again, so the PerryFest Committee invited her to return to enjoy a second royal reign.

Queen Jan loves helping people, cooking and baking. Her motto is to try to do a good deed every day and she certainly makes a lot of people happy by doing that. She is well known and admired in throughout the Perry-Morrice community.
