Perry VFW Post 4063 and AmVets Post 4064 will host the Perry Memorial Day Parade Saturday, May 28, to honor all military personnel who have died while serving our country.

Line-up will begin at 10 a.m. at the intersection of Keeney street and M-52. Step-Off is at 11 a.m. The traditional Memorial Day Service will be held at Rose Lawn Cemetery on Ellsworth Rd., in Perry Township immediately following the parade.

Everyone is invited to “show their colors” by participating in this year’s parade.

Persons planning to participate in the parade are encouraged not to throw candy from moving vehicles, but instead, have walkers walk to the curb to hand-out the candy, or throw it as far as possible from the moving vehicle.

To register your entry, please call Mike, (517) 625-4740.
