It has just been reported by Owosso Public Safety on Saturday, Dec. 17, the pedestrian involved in the accident on Thursday, Dec. 15 in the early morning hours has passed away at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. The City of Owosso extends their condolences to the family of William Bradley.
