CITY OF OWOSSO road crew employees were on Exchange St. in downtown Owosso early Thursday morning removing a mature maple tree that had succumbed to the wind during the storm the prior evening. Trees, branches, and debris littered several streets in the downtown area including Pine and Park streets. The storm hit Owosso around 6:30 p.m. on July 13.
