During the Monday, June 22 Owosso Board of Education Meeting, a motion was brought before the board and passed to approve a bond for Pre Qualification Application (PQA) on the Nov. 3 ballot. The PQA option that passed will carry an increase of 5.5 mills for 30 years. This proposal includes a new stripped down basic auditorium but no pool.
