BEST WISHES to the Owosso Community Players new President, Dr. Douglas Strong (right) were expressed by Charlie Keenan (left) just before a Tuesday afternoon, early-evening reception at OCP’s Studio Theater as the two were near the Box Office.
Both are longtime OCP volunteers. Strong has been a member of the Players’ orchestra and has been in plays. This is his first time as president.
