In a news release, the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce said Monday. “The repair regulations are law, effective Jan. 1, 2014. Every company with repairs, supplies and capital expenditures is affected, no matter the size. This free seminar will give you historical context to the law, explain compliance with the law and offer tips to lessen the impact of the law. Also the new mandatory filing requirements for 2015 by employers, under the ACA will be discussed,” said James Demis, CPA with Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC.
