After 40 years of police work, City of Corunna Police Chief Kim Williams hung up his gun belt and removed his badge and is looking forward to being an ordinary citizen. A retirement party is being planned for 4 p.m., Aug. 1 at GiGi’s House of Catering, Corunna.
The cost for tickets is $20 per adult with children age 15 and younger free. The doors will open at 4 p.m. and dinner starts at 5 p.m. with speakers and entertainment. Those wishing to attend are asked to contact his daughter, Heather, at (989) 666-2316.
