STATE REP. BEN FREDERICK, of Owosso, greeted Christy Sopocy as his guest on the floor of the Michigan House of Representatives on Thursday, Sept. 28. Christy is a student at Ovid-Elsie High School and was awarded a scholarship at the Michigan State Fair, which celebrates the positive aspects of rural and urban agriculture, business, and industry in Michigan.
