Thank you to the community for making the 31st annual Country Christmas at the Courthouse a success. Hundreds of people came to shop, sing and kick off the holidays. A special thank you to our musical performers who donated their time to ring in cheer: Mrs. Pauldine’s kindergarten class, Deb Grazier with the CCDC pre-school students, Karolyn Dawley and the First United Methodist Church Choir and Bells, and Mrs. Holovach and the Durand Madrigals. Thank you to the many vendors who come out each and every year to showcase their beautiful, delicious and unique creations. Thank you to the city of Corunna, Joe Sawyer and Nichole Cowdrey. Thank you to the 35th Circuit Court team, Krissi Lab, Gregory Gietzen and Melissa Bierwith. Thank you to Tim Hill and the Shiawassee County buildings and grounds team. Thank you to the Owosso Middle School kids, Lexi Gunther, Cayden and Carsen Cummings, Olivia and Lanora Bierwith, Jillian, Jack, Emily and Charles Stewart.
It has been a pleasure organizing this event, and we feel that the relationships built and strengthened because of it are invaluable. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Merry Christmas, and we are already looking forward to next year’s Christmas at the Courthouse.
