Independent Editor,
I am greatly disappointed in the State Republican party. Like it or not, after the convention in Cleveland, the party should have supported the nominee. We can blame Mr. Trump for a lot of things, however I believe the Republican party has done much to see that the Democrats and Hillary Clinton take over the White House.
I am 80 years old and all my voting life I have been a registered Republican. I strongly feel that the State Republican party has helped to fill the White House and the country with the wrong leadership.
I am strongly considering switching my affiliation to the Independent party. If by some chance, Mr. Trump does win the election on the Nov. 8, it will be of no thanks to the sterling Republicans who run the State Republican party.
