Independent Editor,

   On behalf of the staff of the Community District Library, we would like to thank the following people who helped to make our Library Storybook Parade & Corunna Sesquicentennial Ice Cream Social an amazing family event for our community.

   Mayor Chuck Kerridge, Merilee Lawson and her band of helpers, Tim Crawford and the Corunna DPW staff, Fire Chief Scott Johnson, Shiawassee County Buildings & Grounds Director Tim Hill, Corunna Public Schools Superintendent John Fattal, the CHS marching band and robotics team, The Friends of the Library, Corunna Police Chief Nick Chiros and staff, and the Corunna VFW Post 4005 Color Guard, Auxiliary and 2019 Poppy Queen.

   As well as the Heart of Michigan Antique Tractor Club, the Curwood royalty, Doneth Family Hitches, Clark and Cindy Long, Little Miss Sesquicentennials and Little Mister Sesquicentennials, Maria McCreadie, Audrey Mitchell, Hannah and Emmalee Hudecek, Devon and Deb Shaw, Steve Olmsted, Derald Cramner, Ryan Bailey, each of the float entries and all of the costumed characters. Special thanks to our Grand Marshals Don and Lillian Olmsted, Gail Toomey, Sue Huff and the family of Joe DeCaire.
