DURAND residents lined the downtown streets on Friday, Nov. 24 for the Durand Light Parade. Santa took his customary place atop a decorated Durand fire truck for the parade, which traveled south on N. Saginaw Street, beginning at the intersection of Oakland Street and concluding at the intersection of E. Main Street, where Santa then lit the city’s Christmas lights for the hundreds of spectators in attendance.
