A GROUNDBREAKING ceremony was held Monday, Oct. 26 for Covenant Eyes, who purchased the former Owosso Public Schools Administration Building, 1405 W. North Street. Covenant Eyes will be renovating the building to house a second customer service call center. Construction is expected to be complete early 2016.

Present were City of Owosso officials, Owosso Public Schools Superintendent Andrea Tuttle, OPS Board of Education members, Covenant Eyes employees, in addition to Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and Shiawassee Economic Development employees.
