CHEF JOHN BEILFUSS of Lula’s Louisiana Cookhouse in Owosso, was invited to present a Mardi Gras dinner on Thursday, March 4 at Frame Hazel Park, named one of the top 10 new restaurants in Detroit by the Detroit Free Press. Chef Beilfuss and his crew served seven-course Mardi Gras Creole/Cajun dinners to two sold-out 50-person seatings and received rave reviews.
