Cargill is looking for individuals with skills and/or experience in the following areas: production, equipment maintenance, administration, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation. Potential Cargill employees must be effective at interacting with regulatory agencies, facility leadership, and plant team members; have an understanding of behavior-based safety principles and application; a demonstrated knowledge of and experience with safety and environmental regulations; and a minimum two years in a maintenance role or trade school certification. Also, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, the ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment, and strong organizational skills and technical aptitude are attributes of a potential Cargill employee.
