SCHOLARSHIPS – The Kiwanis Club of Owosso has awarded two $1,250 scholarships to Owosso High School seniors Grace Rice and Abbey Edwards, selected from many applicants, said David Shepard of the club. “Both students are high achievers and have been involved in sports, band and Student Council,” he said. “Abby will attend the University of Michigan and Grace will go to Michigan State Universidy. Our Kiwanis Club is proud to be able support the youth in our community.”
