SIXTY-TWO BABIES had a part in this past weekend’s Curwood Festival’s Beautiful Baby contest on Saturday, April 16. Each one adorned in their finest to vie for the prestigious honor of being selected, by the committee, as this year’s beautiful babies and to be a part of the upcoming 2016 Curwood Festival festivities in June. The winners are shown here with Curwood Festival Queen Kaycee Ogle and Court Member Valerie Clark.
The winner of the boy portion of the contest was Aiden Reich, son of Raechel Reich. He is shown here in his Curwood Festival red hat and red suspenders. He is four years old and is from Owosso. The girl candidate named was Emma Watson, daughter of Rob and Cassie Watson, from Owosso, and is shown here in her sparkly red dress with shoes to match. Emma is 21 months old. Both of the winners especially loved having their photo taken just after the announcement of their win.
